Pilates at Natural Way

You don’t have to crank up the cardio to have an effective workout. Pilates is a method of exercise that is comprised of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. Named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed this system of exercise in the 1920s, Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance.

Benefits of Pilates

The primary benefits of Pilates are that it can improve endurance, build strength, assist in injury rehabilitation and rebalance energy.
